The Douglas Property

The approximately 5-acre Douglas property was donated to Ashby Land Trust by the Douglas family in early 2019. The property is located on the east side of Route 31 and is managed for wildlife habitat. There are no trails on the property and no convenient parking. The property is densely vegetated, grading from woods in the east to forested wetlands in the central portion to open water at the rear of the property.
